Central Indiana's clearing market ran on two extremes: excavation contractors who'd flatten everything including the oaks you loved, and guys with rented skid steers learning on your acreage. The gap in the middle — walk-first quoting, selective work that keeps the keepers, honest regrowth talk, and per-acre pricing that doesn't mutate on arrival — is the company. The standards on every job
